Hey everyone! Welcome to our second ever blog! Before we dig into the fun stuff that we have planned for our monthly blog, we want to introduce all aspects of KB&Co. The two of us have an extensive background in customer service, that started when we were just 15 years old working our first jobs at Culvers together.

Our careers have taken us down many different paths over the last several years, but no matter where we’ve ended up, excellent customer service skills have always been an expectation. Our customers are the foundation of our business and without them, none of this would be possible. We’re truly passionate about providing the absolute best shopping experience for our customers. We do a few things to ensure the best experience EVERY time; we’re readily available and quick to respond to any questions (or concerns for that matter) that come our way.

We currently have a few online practices in place that allow our customers to engage with us, let us know how we’re doing or how their experience went.

VIP Group- By joining our VIP group, our customers get first glimpse of new arrivals, exclusive deals and promotions, and get to participate in awesome contests and giveaways! They also get to share their thoughts and ideas on our company’s growth and post images of styles they’d like to see us carry. Our VIP Group also gives us an opportunity to get to know our customers on a personal level.

Facebook reviews:  We value our customer’s feedback because our job is to serve them. We want to know when a customer LOVES what they got, or even when something doesn’t meet their expectations. We wouldn’t be able to measure how we’re doing as a company, without our customers feedback. We’re proud to say that we currently have a 5-star rating and we hope to maintain that by being available and listening to our customers. At KB&Co., we want to ensure that our business is continuing to develop its customer service skills, so we’re always looking for new and creative ways that our customers can share their experiences with us.

In the near future, you can expect to see the following:

Product reviews: We value our customer’s feedback SO much that we’re adding an option to leave product reviews on each of our products listed on our website. This will be a hassle-free and simple process for our customers. An email will be sent shortly after a customer receives their package and will ask them to leave a star rating, based on their satisfaction with the product. The review will then be posted directly to our site, under that specific product. This will help us with inventory and most importantly, help other customers decide if a certain product is worth having.

Loyalty program:  We wanted a program where we can show our customers how truly appreciative we are of them. Our loyalty program will reward any of our customers that interact with us. The program is based on a point system that turns customer loyalty into rewards! Anytime they engage with us, for example, by sharing Facebook posts, leaving reviews, referring friends, and making purchases, they will be rewarded!

Both of these programs are expected to launch by the end of May 2019. The first year for us has been fantastic and we look forward to what’s to come in the future. We want to thank each and every one of you for your ongoing support throughout our journey. We look forward to growing and finding new ways to keep our business thriving!
