Our Return Policy
As always, KB&Co. puts customer satisfaction first. To ensure that your shopping experience is everything we hope it to be, we encourage you to ask questions pertaining to size, length, material etc., to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your item. When receiving your item, please ensure to check it over and let us know of any issues within 2 days of receiving the item. We will only replace the items if they are defective or damaged!

The items must be returned 14 days from the original ship date. All returned item(s) must be accompanied by the receipt, still have tags on them, be unwashed, and do not have any odors such as smoke, pets, deodorant, or be damaged.
Customers are responsible for shipping the items they wish to return, back to KB&Co. We will provide you our address upon receipt of your request for return. Once the item(s) are received, we will review to make certain the item(s) are still in mint condition. Once the returned items have been inspected, we will email you within 24 hours with an approval or rejection confirmation. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your store credit. Exchanges are responsible for shipping both ways.
Exchanges or store credit can only be issued 14 days from the original ship date. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can no longer accept your return. Please do not ship back items outside of the 14 day window, we cannot ship back to you at our expense.
*Sale items are final sale. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
*Gift cards are also non-refundable and the remaining balance cannot be turned in for cash.

If you are shipping an item over 75 dollars, we strongly suggest that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
