Points are earned on the total purchase amount before tax and shipping fees.

Points are only earned for every $1 spent, excluding coupons and gift cards.

We want to make it easy and fun to redeem your hard-earned points. Just visit the ‘Redeeming Points” section to view our exciting reward options.

Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Simply visit the 'Redeem Points' section to view all of our great reward options and click the 'Redeem My Points' button to redeem your reward.

You can redeem rewards to use on regular priced items only. You cannot redeem rewards on sale items or special sale days. Rewards cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

Points are not redeemable on shipping fees or taxes.

Yes, you must be logged into your account using the same email you registered with.

Your up-to-date points balance is always displayed when you login to your account under ‘Rewards’ or ‘Redeeming Points’.

You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion!

An active user is a user who is opted-in to your loyalty program and performed one or more of the following actions within the selected time frame:

Making a purchase

Receiving a perk/reward - This includes all perks except for earning points via the Birthday campaign and Anniversary campaign. For example, if a customer is inactive and only received points as part of the Birthday campaign, they will be considered inactive.

Redeeming points/coupons

Creating an account with your store

Customers who exceed the selected time frame without completing one of the above-mentioned actions will lose their accrued point balance.

Yes! Points expire after 1 year of inactivity.

After you redeem points for a coupon, you have 1 month to use the coupon before it expires. Try not to redeem points for a coupon unless you’re ready to use it.

When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.Those points do not get loaded back to your account. All coupons are good for one time use.
